When you are sending us a message through the contact form, we collect and process your first name, last name, your company and your job title, your email address, your phone number and the object and content of the message you are sending.
This processing is based on our legitimate interest to identify the persons who are contacting us. If you do not provide your Personal Data, we may not be able to process your message properly or at all.
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to answer your message. At the end of that period, your Personal Data may be stored for evidentiary purposes for the legal prescription periods.
- Applying for a job
When you are applying for a job through the career form, we may collect and process, depending on what information you deliver: your first name, last name, your email address, your phone number (optional), your LinkedIn profile (optional), the office and position you are applying for, your resume and your motivation.
The legal basis for this processing is its necessity in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request, in this case an employment contract. This processing is also justified on the basis of our legitimate interest for ensuring that we recruit the appropriate employees.
If your application is unsuccessful, we will delete or destroy your Personal Data, unless you allow us to keep it for consideration for future employment opportunities. When you have given your consent, we will store your Personal Data for 6 months. At the end of that period, or once you withdraw your consent, your Personal Data may be stored for evidentiary purposes for the legal prescription periods.
If your application for employment is successful, Personal Data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personal file and retained during your employment. The periods for which your data will be held will be provided to you in a HR privacy notice.
