To accomplish all needs and requirements of Carbotti, we broke down the project in 3 steps:

Touching base the market with SEO and SEA Campaigns
Upon e-commerce development completion, we helped the brand to become visible in Switzerland and identified new business opportunities with B2B resellers. We also helped them to establish in the french market. We performed Search Engine Marketing (SEA) campaigns in Search and Display networks with the aim of driving the e-shop quickly profitable. We designed a solid remarketing targeting that would meet the clients at different touch points after the first website visit.

The response from the market has been notable – that the business became profitable in a short period of 6 months. Data-driven intelligence earned from market research informed the strategy and the conception of Action Plan. The e-shop is intuitive and allows users to get the necessary information to purchase the items. It is developed in 4 languages and it is equipped with a friendly inventory and delivery status dashboard.
The results of the SEO intervention and SEA campaigns drove outstanding results: the monthly visitors reached a constant number of +15 000, and the e-shop became profitable within a short period of 6 months.

What we’ve done
Google Ads Grant
Our collaboration with FSD consisted in several interventions that helped the organization to establish itself on the internet and drive digital transformation.
We helped FSD to be compliant for the obtention of Google Ads Grant and created their Nonprofit PPC strategy and Action Plan. Among the tasks performed, we can mention keyword strategy, research, campaign set up, ad groups and ad copies creation. We outlined the bidding strategy, geotargeting and defined and segmented the audience. Over the campaign time, we worked closely with the client to expand the reach of the campaigns overseas and in different languages.

Google Ads grants campaigns brought nice results to FSD. Where the organization had challenges in engaging with new donors, we helped the client to reach an international audience that hasn’t been targeted before. From a PPC perspective, traffic increased by +200%. Paid search traffic became 40% of the overall traffic, which translated into an important source of visits. Thanks to our on-site interventions, the number of pages visited by users increased by almost 50%, time on site by +30% which clearly impacted visitors engagement.
From an SEO perspective, the number of keywords from which FSD was ranking increased by 9 times. International positioning, as well as the positive impact it has across the globe, has helped the organization to earn quick acknowledgement from the public.

All this is synchronized with a delivery system compatible with “Brick and Click” and includes various forms of delivery, cost, time and availability. The system also allows the shop owner to have a compelling dashboard with global and detailed sales and manage delivery, returns and more.

The end-customers’ response to the platform has been encouraging and within a short time span Moon’s started to get their first online orders. The e-commerce, that is perfectly integrated with local stores and follows the best SEO and User Experience (UX) practices, has become one of the key channels to acquire new customers and facilitate engagement with existing ones.
The e-commerce has gained local authority and it has top positions for over 200 keywords, including 30 on the first page. This translated into making the e-shop profitable since the first quarter of operations and positively impacting the sales and visibility of physical stores.
